  • Modern Skills: Discover your team’s most natural skills. Leverage a strengths-based management style to improve productivity.

  • Work style: Understand how every individual naturally behaves at work, along with their instinctive approaches to tasks and collaboration.

Use the results for a 60-minute team-building exercise.

A personalized report for each member of the group is just the first step. Once the group results are compiled, the real power comes from a 60-minute team-building exercise that’s led by the group leader.

The discussion helps everyone:

  1. Understand individual perspectives. Discover how each member views themselves.

  2. Recognize collaboration styles. Review personal preferences for how individuals prefer to approach collaboration.

  3. Identify optimal situations. Recognize conditions where each member thrives.

Harnessing individual strengths supercharges team performance.
